I was porting my number from MTN for bad service to 8ta... Guess it was all a mistake. Went to 8ta in Sandton Branch to port my cellphone number, i was told the process takes 72 hours by the consultant, okay so my mtn number falls off after that 72 hours. I release after the porting (72 hours) no calls or sms are coming in i went to the 8ta branch an im told the port was successful but to a DATA sim what nonsense is that? From cell to Data now im in a situation where i cant make or receive calls on my old mtn number and consultant from the call center say i wont be able to get that number back from data to cellphone!! I don't know how or what this needs to be FIXED im loosing business and lot of money with this delay! some one needs to be accountable for this blunde
