MTN IS A SERVICE PROVIDER!! They don't care about their clients, they don't help, even when you go in-store you wait and wait, then when you get to the consultant, they go and pee before they help you...

My blackbrerry is!! its busy as I type scrubbing all my internal data and device memory... THANKS TO MTN WHO MAKES ME WAIT TO UPGRADE, AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF THEY CAN FIX MY PHONE WHEN I WENT FOR HELP, NOW HAS ME LOSING EVERYTHING ON MY PHONE. PERFECT. I LOSE BUSINESS AND MONEY TOO!! YOU SON OF A B@TCHES!!!
