False information and pathetic service

My husband and I went to Altec in Tygervalley to take out a cellphone contract (vodacom), the consultant told us we could get the exact same offer with MTN and it included 25 free smses. We asked him again is he absolutely sure that everything was exactly the same (costs, bis etc.) And he assured us it was. We took out the MTN contract and have since had numerous problems! Firstly after the 24hrs when the phone was supposed to be acitve it wouldn't work as he hadn't rica'd the phones! Then after that was working the bis had not been activated which we then had to wait another 24hrs! Then my husband had to return his phone as it was not working (a brand new blackberry) and his new phone has just arrived after 2 weeks! We now realised that his airtime has been disapearing and when I called another store to find out why that could be were told that MTN has a limit on their bis and only give 200MB! When calling altec in Tygervalley the manager and person whom we took the contract out with were not even aware of this! We then had to go into the store and one of the other consultants told us that MTN has that limit (and she told the consultant who had sold us the contracts!)
