I recently got a new contract with Autopage in Hillcrest "BIG MISTAKE". I have had nothing but trouble with them since. Contract kept getting blocked, Returned phone on day 2, was not happy as phone was not suitable and was told I cannot return it, chose not to pick the fight, Requested insurance and signed paper work and on needing to use it realised it was not loaded (granted owner took responsibility) Returned phone 2 wks later with a cracked screen again and was told by the consultant that I could put in a claim and get a blackberry back, Went into the store on the Tuesday with my husband to be told that the consultant would be going on leave and that she would hand over the query to another consultant, management and owner to make them aware, I was also told infront of my husband that THE PHONE WOULD BE READY ON FRIDAY! Received an sms from Autopage on the Thursday saying the query was complete and to contact my closest autopage, thought was a bit strange but popped in to find out that NOBODY knew anything about this issue, Went in on Sunday got accused of lying and that i was talking nonsense. Laid a complaint with auto page and was told we would be called in 2hrs. I AM STILL WAITING!!
