Insurance Claim and Overall Service

I entered a claim with Autopage for a missing phone on 03/06/2013 which was subsequently authorised on the 04/06/2013. I was told that the phone will be delivered in 3-5 days. On Monday 10/06/2013, I called to find out what the status is and was told the phone was delivered on the 07/06/2013 and that someone else was allowed to sign for it. Problem no 1.

I eventually found my phone, with no SIM replacement. The insurance company that Autopage uses then told me that it's separate and I need to organise that with Autopage. They never told me this before. Problem no 2

I then called Centurion branch to find out if they can help me. They confirmed that they can. I went there and was then told I need documents for RICA. Why was I not told this before when I called them. Problem no 3.

I went back, got my SIM and was told 2-24 hours for it to activate. This morning it went active, but I was only able to RECEIVE calls and SMS. Problem no 4.

So I called the Call Centre to get this fixed and was told 2-24 hours. Outgoing calls were then possible.

But now my Internet is not working. Problem no 5. Had to call AGAIN to get that activated.

Why didn't they activate it all in one go?
