We received the headset about a week ago and ever since have indicated to Neotel that the signal is extremely bad.
On calling the technical department today reference number CR89735321, they indicated that we are in a coverage area and the phone should work. We therefore indicated to them that it does not work. they then told us to move outside which we did and it still did not work. they then indicated they cannot do anything about it and i should return it for a refund. This is firstly not acceptable for the following reasons:
We have extensively advertised the numbers in papers, business cards, letter head, flyers, etc... who must bear this costs??? secondly for the agent to just tell me to cancel and not help to reslove the problem is totally unacceptable... don't Neotel care for the clients... don't they want business..??? and why sell a product if you cannot give support or solve the problem??? It's a no brainer but neotel will have to refund my costs if they cannot help solve my problem. Urgent response is required as it is affecting my business.
