NO MESSAGE ON DOCTOR'S PHONE!!

THIS IS A DOCTOR'S PRACTICE AND WE QUERIED OUR NEOTEL PHONE WITH NEOTEL, AS THE MESSAGE DOES NOT WORK, AND THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FACILITY NEEDED.
EVERYTIME WE PHONE NEOTEL WE SIT ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR - TO HOUR AND HALF, AND THE PROBLEM DOES NOT GET SORTED OUT, THEY GIVE US A REFERENCE AND A PROMISE THEY WILL GET BACK IN 24 HOURS - THIS NEVER HAPPENS!! GOING IN TO THEIR OFFICES - YOU WAIT IN A LONG QUEUE AND THEY TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH NO LUCK, AGAIN A PROMISE AND A REFERENCE NUMBER. WE THEN WERE ADVISED TO BUY A NEW DEVICE, AND COULD ONLY DO THIS IF WE TAKE OUT A NEW CONTRACT!!! THIS WAS A VERY BAD MOVE, BECAUSE THIS NEW DEVICE CANNOT ONLY NOT TAKE THE MESSAGE, BUT ALSO HAVE NO SIGNAL, SO OUR PATIENTS CANNOT HEAR US AND GET CUT OFF FREQUENTLY!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING AND VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS AND THE NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO OUR PATIENTS!!! SO NOW AFTER 2 MONTHS OF TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION WE TAKE TO "HELLOPETER" AS A LAST RESORT
