I have never been so shcocked that a company that claims to have such a great network and service has provided me with a headache. I had a contract with Cell C and after the contract was due to end it continued even after i was told by the employee that it would automatically cancel. After realizing this i went to the store to complain about the billing and make sure that it was cancelled.
I was informed that i had to give a written notice so that the account can be cancelled. I do just that in the store completed the cancelation letter and requested that my instalments please be paid back as my one year contract has expired and i do not want to pay for months that i never used the item.
I have never heard nor recieheved feedback or even my refund that was due to me. I see this as and seriously do feel that i have had money taken from my account for a serivice that i requested to be cancelled as utter and cheak.
I called the TYGERVALLEY Cell C branch and spoke to the manager and gave her my details but only to be told that she does not have the documents there. I have given her my details and still awaiting a call back after a week.
