This is the second time I am begging for assistance!!! I have written a complaint on Hello Peter on the 9th April and still nobody has come back to me. I did however receive a call from CellC and was unable to take the call as I was in a meeting. I did receive an e-mail from the caller requesting my contact details. I have replied 3 times to the e-mail, tried calling myself only to be told they are not allowed to give me the number but will send an e-mail on my behalf. All I want is to cancel the contract right now, I want nothing more to do with CellC if this is the service I am receiving after opening a new contract (without a phone) and my first debit order has gone through. Absolutely disgusting service.
