I purchased a year's worth of data from you more than a year ago and have had endless problems with an "expiring" sim card. Every 90 days my sim card stops working and I have to phone the call centre. I've been in touch with a few very polite young men who have assisted me by reactivating my sim card, promising that they would extend the automated process to allow the sim card to extend the expiry to 250 days. I hang up, feeling that I have (finally) sorted out this problem, only to have the same issue 90 days later. I'm now on pay-as-you-go with you purely because I haven't had time to get to a better service provider, preferably MTN. I won't ever use Cell C again in future. Please note that my issue isn't with the call centre agents, as I feel that they have done their best to assist me. My issue is with the automated system that keeps bumping me off the service network every 90 days. What if I charge my account with R5000 and expect that to last a year or two? Will I keep having to phone and reopen my sim card every 90 days? What a heap of bull!
