I cannot get through to Telkom line, holding on too long! I received my account and was charged R621.90 for Penalty rules contract forfeit. Contract forfeiture CT000509468. I don't understand what this is about? I have paid my account to date. I have a contract with Telkom which i have not cancelled??? I would like to know where the voice recording is where i said i want this contract cancelled or the letter i "supposedly" wrote to cancel this contract? Bruce
