How long does it take to get an invoice from MTN. This morning was my fourth call to the MTN call centre (808).
I have been begging for the call centre to send me my invoice for my data and telephone contract which i need to hand into our finance dept to process. Why does it take so long for MTN to email a invoice through. This is shocking service really. I called this morning after asking so many times to have it emailed to have it faxed. Still nothing now really how pathetic can MTN's service be? I am so dissappointed that i will not recommed MTN to anyone else.
