I made an error when booking my moms flight. I used her married surname instead of her maiden surname (which is on her ID).
I spoke to Thula and Sarah in the feedback department and they were very rude and unhelpful.
They wanted a copy of BOTH my moms ID's. I tried to explain that she only has 1 ID.
They said I must either give them the ID's or I must cancel and rebook but I wont get a refund!
This is ridiculous. My mom's flight is only on 20 Sep 2013. I hope this gets sorted.
ALL I WANT IS TO CHANGE THE SURNAME, HOW HARD CAN THAT BE!
