I sent my wife's phone in on the (22/03/2013 (8710729) for a repair which was swapped out for a new device however the Swop out unit is also defective which we collected on the 5th April. returned it on the 6th to Vodacom Pinecrest. i was told and cc'd in an email stating that a 48 hour swap out would be done. i received and sms on 9th April saying it was only received at Umhlanga. i queried and was told by closing time on 11th i should have a new phone. that date came and went and no call. On the 10th still nothing was done, I had to call to check up and apparently it had just arrived in Johannesburg and was waiting to go to a technician, they also had no knowledge of a 48 hour swap. it is now the 15th April and i still have not been informed of any progress.
My wife has not had her phone or been able to use her contract for all this time and yet i still have to pay for it.
Calling and talking doesn't seem to be getting the point across and i am highly annoyed that my patience and understanding is being taken advantage of. i cant understand why a simple issue such as this is so hard to be resolved.
I have any proof that is required and i hope for a quick and speedy resolution.
