I brought in my iPhone 5 on the 2nd of April, as it was not getting any signal. After standing in line for an hour, I was told it would be sent in for repairs. I received it back on the 9th of April, but now the microphone didn't work and I could not make calls. I booked it in again and have to date not received a working phone back and have no updates. Every time I go to Voda World to check, it takes me at least half an hour in the queue to get the answer that "We're busy with it". This was a brand new phone that I got on contract in January- surely there should be a straight swap policy for defective new phones, or at least a better level of service given to customers.
