I am trying to contact Cell C to change my postal address to my PO Box and decrease my data limit to the 2GB that I contracted for. No matter when i phone 140 (customer care) I get the message that they are receiving unusually (must be pretty usuall if it is the only message you get when calling) high volumes of calls and I am then advised to email. I emailed customer care and it seems that someone tried calling me one time only when I was nor available and did not bother phoning again. Instead they emailed me saying that they could not reach me, but they did not change my address or limt.
