This is now my 4th report on the exact same issue - internet connection issues. Every single time someone phones me after I submit a report to hellopeter, they just say "We are looking at the issue and will phone you back soon" - this doesn't happen.
I would like to either speak to a manger, or anyone in charge and I want them to know the disgust that is Cell C. I believe I have the right to cancel my contract as the service I am paying for is not being delivered. Please contact me so we can get this contract cancelled.
To anyone else reading this, do NOT go to cell c, I have heard of very few people who are 100% happy with them. Must have known that there is a reason for the "great deals" as it clearly isn't working.
