I received the standard automated reply that someone will contact me.
Besides an email saying they could not get hold of me, (Hello, maybe its because half the time i have no friggin signal) and to leave an alternative number with them by email, i still have had no contact from Cell C.
I pay my monthly fee's... I get NO Service
I pay for Data... I can barely use it.
Come on Cell C, send another automated reply... Seems Cell C people who do follow ups, must be so overloaded with complaints that they can't get back to the people with complaints. Based on that I would say that they supply a shoddy service, and would urge people not to sign up with Cell C.
Com on Cell C, when are you going to resolve my issue with NO SERVICE, or CANCEL my contract so i can sign up with someone who can supply me a service or actually cares about the business i give them.
