I need some REAL help

Upgraded iphone to new iphone4s

Within 2 weeks phone was faulty - no WIFI - button was 'grey' so could not switch it on

I took it to MTN Stellenbosch Square and was advised the best and 'quickest' option was to take it to iFIX in CT to repair. NO MENTION THAT THIS WAS NOT AN AUTHORISED MTN REPAIR CENTRE!!! after several attempts and visits to iFIX the problem was not resolved. I was told it must be a hardware issue. I must take it back to MTN shop.

I took it to MTN Paarl Mall - they booked it in for repair and then frustratingly lost phone for 4 WEEKS and AND returned it un-repaired. During the second visit to the Paarl MTN the phone was accidentally dropped in the shop (in front of consultant) and cracked on the back. It was then sent away.

I'm then quoted approx R3000 to fix as the back had been cracked!!! Really!!!

If I had been told that iFIX was not an authorised MTN repair centre in the first place I would have insisted the phone be sent to the correct place in the very beginning - avoiding all my stress AND the phone getting cracked.

All I want is a phone that works. I don't feel I should have to pay for this?

I feel robbed.
