Cell C really doesn't know the first thing about CUSTOMER service. After handing my phone in & being told it would be ready in 14 working days, I'm still waiting - now 26 working days later. I was also told by Sandros that someone would phone me to provide me with a loan phone... I'm still waiting for that call, almost 3 weeks later.
Tried contacting Sandros today & left a message only to be told he is busy with a client & will phone back in 20 minutes time. Tried contacting him a second time, only to be told the same story!
I now want to know when (a date) my phone will be ready & fixed.
