It seems that Hello Peter is the only way I can get through to Cell C, how disappointing.
I raised a complaint on 16 Jan about a contract that I cancelled but Cell C still debited my bank account, I got a reply on 19 Jan from a cell c staff member named Sandros Mhlongo who called me and then e-mailed me to notifying that the credit of R125 has been performed and that the airtime was reversed and that the contract has been converted to prepaid, the number is 0742363711, account 107765221. I did a follow-up with Sandros on 29 Jan to find out why I have not received my credit as yet and he did not reply! I want to know why there is a hold up and when I am going to get my money, please step up and give your customers proper services and stick to your word.
