Terrible customer service from Nashua Mobile!!

After having waited an extremely long time for my cell phone to get repaired, a lady from nashua mobile head office said they have repaired my device and i shall have as soon as the next 3 days in response to my hello peter insert. When i swicthed on the device and gradually use it and learnt that a it came back in a far worst state then it was before. So many functions are now broken and after complaining about this again to hellopeter and the branch in PE i get a call from a lady who says because my screen cracked they didnt touch my device which is an utterly incorrect because what would my device be still doing at the repair place for over 6 weeks hence my compliant and when i called the technical or manager ppl in joburg, Alvin Nayager_011-207-8563 & 011-207-8000 they told me when they OPENED my device they couldnt fix it and sent it to mtn for futher repairs now all of the sudden nashua mobiles tell me that according to their paperwork they didnt touch my device because i refused for them to fix the screen. My device is now worse off then when i handed it in and i will not pay the R1800 for something that nashua did wrong to my device_u shouldnt have opened my device!!!
