HIGHLY ANNOYED

I sent my phone in for repairs in Sep and 6 weeks later got my device back after many undelivered promises, I sent the phone in because it was switching off on its own. When I received my device back it was still switching off on its own. I sent it back in the October to rectify the problem, I got my device back on Friday last week and on the weekend it was still switching off on its own. I have now had just about enough of this inconvenience with my device almost every month. I am now having to send my device in for the 3rd time for the same problem.

I feel that if, as they cannot repair the problem, they should give me another phone.
