Worst service EVER!

I have been a customer for almost 5 years now. When I took out the contract at first I was staying in Waterkloof Ridge and there was no problem, but about 3 years ago I moved to Rietvlei Ridge in Centurion. This is a new area and is not even on your coverage map. I have been getting signal and decent connection however. Then last week Wednesday my modem broke and PC can't connect to the modem anymore. I took the phone in to the Pretoria shop where I was told the Prime Phone got phased out about 2 years ago and they do not do repairs on it al all, and they advised me to migrate my account to WiMax. They then told me a tech will come to my place to make sure I have signal here (This was last week Friday).. on Tuesday I got hold of the tech after he never showed and he told me he does not do WiMax and I must phone Head Office. There spoke to someone in sales and he logged everything and told me a tech will come out as soon as possible. After waiting another 3 days we phoned again and the tech told me it was not worth his time to come out. After numerous complaints to Neotel nothing has been done yet. Two weeks with no service.. and I pay R1K a month! Shocking Shocking service
