I upgraded from a BB to a BB10 in July '13, i started using internet thinking that i have BIS or 2g data on BB but was amazed that i was charged for internet use. I enquired from cellc and apparently when i upgraded the BIS was "cut-off" and the BB10 internet could not "kick in" until the old contract actually expires, the information was not cleared with me when i upgraded otherwise i could have waited until the expiry not that the old phone was problematic, i mean whats the use of having internet capable phone and not be able to use it? I have raised the matter with cellc through customer service e-mails and calls but they keep dragging their feet on this.
I request CellC to investigate the matter and all credits due be transferred to my bank account.
