My wife is new to BlackBerry 10 and recently got a Q10 and activated BIS in error. We called 140 and was told there nothing they can do, then after asking to speak to their manager they then said they will send an email to accounts to refund, we then asked for a reference number to be sent to us: 3072001642. Deactivate BIS of R30 odd and activate BB10 lite plan, asap on line 0845150482
