On the 10th November I placed an order through the CNA online store for a birthday gift for my son. The confirmation e-mail I received advised that the gift would be delivered within 2 - 10 working days. With no gift having arrived after 10 working days I called the CC on Monday the 25th and was advised by an extremely efficient Maxwell that the item was still in the warehouse and was being sent for delivery immediately.By Thursday (28th) the gift STILL hadn't arrived, I again called the CC and spoke to a very helpful Thapelo who again checked with the warehouse and advise that the order had been sent for delivery - I explained that it was a gift and it had to arrive by Friday as I couldn't have my son waking up on the morning of his birthday without a gift... On Friday, I called the CC again and spoke to Maxwell who said that it's unlikely the gift was going to arrive in time and instead checked to see which CNA's near me had the item in stock for me to collect instead. I eventually had to go into a shopping centre and collect the gift on Friday evening. What is the point of ordering online when you even your own staff at the stores say that your online system is shocking!
