I noticed a problem on the first of January that my account was billed on the 31 instead of the 1 of February, this was also done without any prior consent. Causing a situation of insufficient funds in my account that resulted in a debit against my account which I am now forced to pay due to no error of mine. Even with numerous calls to the call center and subsequent visit to N1 City with receiving a reference number of the complaint it still has not been resolved.
