Notice of termination of Account No 33945014 Cell no 0832561128 as a result of continued default of the service provider Nashua Mobile

Early January 2013 we entered into a new contract which was signed in the presence of your agent at the Nashua Knysna Office.

It was agreed that Knysna would arrange for the porting of my existing cell number from MTN to Nashua.

In February 2013 two debit orders were processed through my bank account

1 Nashua new monthly service charge [ no calls logged ]
2 MTN continued monthly service charges [ including logged call chargers ]

There were no calls logged in the Nashua debit order. This was queried immediately with you Knysna office and we were given an explanation that this was a timing issue and would be resolved forthwith. In early March 2013 both Nashua and MTN's debit orders were again processed through my bank account, as above. Again this was brought to the attention of your Knysna office who promised to rectify the situation and effectively port my cell number from MTN to Nashua.
