Have 2 contracts1) 081 237 2033 and 2) 083 560 5615 The '083' was ported from MTN January joining the unlimited calls R1499, cancelled MTN contract cause I could keep my number I have over 5000 client base and my clients started loosing trust in me as for they cannot get hold of me cellphone but it make two beep sounds and disconnect This translated in distrust as for I phone them from the phone number that when they phone it seems I blocked them Friday I reported my situation that I cannot send sms, but I can receive sms's, and I can make call but I cannot receive calls This make no sence I spoke to Ayanda at client service, he told me I dont have the sms bundle Lost my temper after he told me he will put me through to the right department However Ayanda would have logged a case but never did Friday I went to Festival mall branch Spoke to Tebogo, WHAT A TERRIBLE SALES PERSON He gave me know options Only added to my '081' nr the BIS but then said I must phone technical to resend my settings Saturday I went to Clearwater branch Spoke Thabiso He was kind but could not evan log a case. I explained this cannot happen he told me he will 'cc' me on the case up to know I received nothing
