Nashua Mobile is incompetent to solve an account matter that is coming along from the end of February 2013. I gave them all the reference numbers for all the calls made between me and them, and still they cannot listen to it to solve the problem. The latest they do, is to take money from your account, without you signing for a debit order, and when you have to spend a whole morning in the bank to try to reverse the transaction, they softlock your account. They do not listen, they do not want to help you. I am with Nashua for almost 20 years, still with the same cell number. This is the last time that I will do business with them.
