I have had my number for about a year. This week, I all of a sudden I started receiving hundreds of calls, sms and what's apps messages. They are all from men wanting sexual services! They have even sent me pictures of their privates! This hasn't stopped and the calls and messages go on all day and night. I went to MTN Fourways to get them to stop this. I was told that this was a double number and that if I want this fixed I HAVE TO PAY R250.00 I find this very unfair as I did not pick my number. It was given to me by MTN. Why should I pay for their mistake? When I queried this I was told to take it up with head office. What sort of service is this? Terrible attitude on MTN's behalf. Can someone kindly contact me so I can sort this out. I really do not appreciate seeing naked erect pictures of men's privates and getting messages and calls all day. I also need to find out if they are using my number to make calls? This could costs me a fortune. I have a 2 yr old daughter and she often gets hold of my phone. I DO NOT want her to see things like that. Please help.
