About a year ago I started receiving SMS, s for and outstanding account that belongs to a Josephine Mpufane. I phoned back to say I Do Not know this person and that the number this cellphone number belongs to me and the intended person, so can they please remove it from the system. They assured me that they will. I continued to get the sms's and even started receiving phone calls for this account, to which I continued to inform them that this is not the correct person and they should remove my cellphone number from their system. They Sms's and phone calls are becoming more frequent and I even receive voice messages for this account. I have been dealing with team leaders to try to remove my number for their system but after a YEAR, I still struggle. How difficult can it be to remove my number from their system, I mean seriously, it is not rocket science.
