I took out a brand new contract with MTN Direct. Since the sim card was inserted I've been receiving endless calls from ADT security as well as sms messages confirming low batteries and I don't know what else also from ADT. Also messages from different companies reminding some other person of amounts due by him/her.
I haven't given this cellphone number to anyone. No one at all.
I want this number changed/swapped whatever without paying R250.00.
I assume this number must have been someone else's before it was allocated to me. The number is 083 579 1783.
The call centre agreed the number can be swapped but they WILL charge ME...
