Yet again my attempts to contact Mtn have been met with unanswered emails and calls, I was contacted by Veronica Saturday the 30th of November when I was out of Gauteng, the signal was terrible and i asked for her direct line in her office so I could contact her when I was back in Gauteng and could find some signal. She gave me the following number, 011 912 4483 which I called numerous times with no answer, In the previous complaint I was asked to complete a coverage template that needed to be completed and returned to customer care. This coverage letter asks for location of the signal issues, the issue is EVERYWHERE! No matter where I am I struggle to access any social media, pictures, upload content and messages, receive phone calls and messages constantly.
Outcome: I would like to receive a cancellation letter from Mtn of this contract with no additional costs! As they have enough of my airtime and people who phone me with the terrible signal that prolongs calls dramatically.
