I am reporting very poor service from MTN east gate branch, I applied for new 200 top up contract for S3 unit, on the day of collecting phone, to my surprise they offered me open line. I did not sign contract and staff admit their mistake and promised to change it to top up. Now more than 2 weeks passed, I am following up everyday, visiting MTN office several time, calling on 808, calling to designated manager but no results. Worst service ever seen from any service provider, totally frustrated but trapped..
