Paying more now than previously for less service

I have upgraded a year ago to a Nokia 8 cellphone, which unfortunately was a very bad choice. I used to love Nokia and actually kept my previous Nokia for 4 years instead of the normal 2. I then upgraded to this phone which can supposedly do quite a few things, but unfortunately cannot phone properly - which is what a phone is supposed to do. This phone drops calls all the time and when I need to make urgent calls it makes a tik- tik sound - which means I must put the phone off and on again to get it working again. I did take it in already twice, but nothing has changed- also I cannot be without a phone for two weeks. The other problem is that I moved my business a year ago to another street in Linden - where there is no Vodacom coverage. How is this possible - that you move 3 blocks away and you have no coverage? I must now pay for the full 2 years for a bad phone with terrible cellphone signal - losing business every day (people cannot get hold of me) and I have such terrible service. If there is no cellphone coverage Vodacom should cancel the contract. As I understand Cell C is the only company which have sort of signal there where I am and I plan to change as soon as possibl
