Paying account but not getting service

I have x 2 BB bold 9900 on my contract, both phone's are utterly s*#$t, struggling with signal whereby i pay for 3G network coverage, cannot make calls because it keeps on saying "Insert SIM", then it loses signal from 3G to EDGE to SOS..the BATT life is 8 hours, the phone's doesn't read memory card, camera isn't working on one phone & both are just the best on the planet. i have made numerous calls to vodacom, then they say take the phone's in so they can check them. no problem, i would if they could do it in store, but they send it away. i pay for 2 phones & the contract every month, if they are going to give me a loan phone i expect the same value i am paying for, not a donderse NOKIA 2210.i have a contract to phone, browse & send text message's, without a phone they still bill you even if its at repairs for 2 weeks. i am going to cancel my contracts with vodacom because the have more help to hand people that open accounts but the loyal customers for more than 10 years are thrown away. lets see how quick they assist me with this matter.
