SERVICE SO BAD, 6 BRANCHES DON'T EVEN ANSWER

Today is apparently the last day for 8Ta's mobile phone contract were you can chat unlimited for R1199.00! I tried phoning the Alberton City branch to find out what I need to bring with me (RICA docs) so I'm well prepared and don't have to do two trips. I rang the Alberton City for 15 minutes repeatedly and they do not answer their phone. So I phoned 8Ta at Clearwater Mall - no answer, then 8Ta at Lakeside Mall, Benoni - no answer, then 8Ta at Cresta - no answer, then 8Ta at Eastgate - no answer, then 8Ta at Fourways - no answer!!! If this is how poor the service is before they have made the sale, imagine how bad it will be after they've made the sale. Telkom... you should hang your head with shame!!! I'll rather stick with MTN!
