Very very bad service and exorbatant accounts

My contract was renewed at the Bedfordview branch. They promised me that they could transfer all my information, contacts, calender and messages to the Samsung. If they said no i would have stuck with nokia.
I signed the contract and had to go back the following week to collect the phone. It was a total different story. i was phobed off to a young lady who did not know what she was doing. When i asked them to please transfer the details across i was told only contacts can be transfered. The young lady took my nokia and was busy with it and only when i got home i had 3 contacts for the same person.

I got an account in Jan for R577.00 i have conplained about last year and was told that it was right and on my Sim card. What cheeses me off that Altech does not tell you that all services are activated and running all the time when u get the phone
the only reason i took the samsung is because i record my message (voice) I have had a stroke so i find it difficult to type. I am on permentant disability and cannot afford this!!!
