IPad contact billing nightmare

Hello Peter,

I am having a nightmare with Vodacom. I opened an iPad promotion contract with Vodacom in February this year at Game Rosebank for Vodacom. the brief details of the contact are R299 per month for 2 year (i.e. R200 for the device and R99 for the data) with an (MY) OPTION to top up. Ever since from March Vodacom have double debtied my account without any explaination. When I enquired, they said my account was on open line. I then requested to be for the promotion that I signed for, then they said they can not do that as I need to go back to GAME and correct that with them. I went to GAME and the Manager phoned them in my presence and assured us that it was NOW on the promotionn (MY GIG1). In April I was debited again R660. I went through the same process with Vodacom and GAME. GAME refunded me the difference for both months. In Apirl my account was locked to correct/migrate the account correctly, by then I was told my account was in erreas, which I was told to pay R260 in order for it to be up to date. I made that payment. Last week I was debited R589 and when I called them to find out why, I was told that my account is in errears. I need help.
