Account still reflecting on Credit Profile

Good day

In January 2012 my ID got and a number of accounts have been opened in my name. An account was opened at Nashua Mobile (Account #: NAS 33568679).

The matter was reported to Nashua Mobile via the contact person Shirley Chuene. All the documents (afidavid and police number) was sent to the person in Aplril 2012.

The acount was removed from my name on the Transunion database but is still reflecting on the Experian database as open and current.

I need clarity why it was removed from one data base but not the other and have it removed from the Experian database.
