Shocking service - nobody taking ownership

Dear Mr Shuter,
On the 13th of December 2012 Vodacom contacted me and advised that I had an abnormal data usage reflecting on my 3G data card which is used on a Standard Bank laptop. Well done on Vodacom for notifying me! However, this is where the compliment stops. It is now middle January 2013 and after umpteen attempts the issue is still unresolved. We are getting absolutely nowhere. Please can you get somebody Senior to contact me in order to resolve. I apologize that I have to resort to such extreme measures to contact you but I am at my wits end - this unfortunately the only way to guarantee a solution.
