Vodacom
Tom Hugo (White Manager) uttering insults

On 8th January '13 i took in my BlackBerry for repairs at Bloemfontein Vodacom Repairs Loch Logan. Since then, I received no form of communication from the store and on 15 January '13 i decided to visit the store and find out the progress. The Repairs Consultant handed me my phone and asked me to sign a document that my phone has been fixed. Before i did that, i checked my phone and to my surprise it hasn't been fixed.

I requested for the Manager and he came with a very bad unapologetic attitude. The conversation got out of hand. I asked him for his name as i intended reporting this to his seniors/vodacom. He flatly refused to give me his name and proceeded to the office to call security to come escort me out. One of his staff members gave me his name (Tom Hugo) and encouraged me to report him.

I called him out of his office and he had a nerve to call me 'ing Kfir" I have since then opened a case with the SAPS and will follow this by a complaint to the Human Rights Commission. I'm shocked and hurt that there's still Afrikaners who feel it's okay to use the "K" word especially on his customers. I reported this to both the store and Vodacom on 16 Jan and still no response yet
