I phoned customer care in connection with my billing account and for canceling my contract i was told that i must pay R1500 to stop the contract witch i did not have a problem with she said she logged the call with it department and will respond in 24 hours 5days later i phoned back and now all off a sudden i must pay over R2500 to stop the contract he had no idea what was going on and said he will report it to the super visor to listen to the call and get back to me in 24 hours. I have been waiting 3 days and would please like somebody to contact me so i can stop the contract from this useless company.
