Do not EVER do business with these!

It took Autopage more then 2 months to fix my laptop under warranty, instead of the 4 to 6 weeks that I've been told. In that time they have managed to lose my laptop charger and they sent me a broken charger instead. I demanded to speak to a manager, as the operators are useless and they NEVER phone you back as promised. So I spoke to Telele Mashlangu (spelling might be wrong) and he asked me to give him 1 hour to try and solve this mess and he'll phone me back. He never phoned me and when I phoned him after an hour, I was told that he was in a meeting (how convenient) and I have to phone back in an hour. I phoned back after another 45min to be told that he already left from home. Thus no one there cares about keeping promises and helping paying customers. They'd rather to customers, make them wait like fools and demand a paycheck at the end of the month. In that case I'd rather stop them my money for something I can't use and stop my debit order at the bank, because these don't even follow their Code of Conduct remotely! I'd like to hear what ICASA would have to say about this level of service... I WANT MY LAPTOP'S CHARGER BACK!!! Autopage is USELESS!
