Must wait for credit reversal

Well where do we start!!! On Friday 28/06/13 a wrong payment was made to cell c via intermet.saturday morning I went to the bank they told me phone cell c to reverse it otherwise it will take 30 days. We phoned the customer care at the bank and the guy said he will send a stop payment email through to stop it. Now today I phone cell c guess what the payment is through now Im told someone will phone in 24 to 48 hours regarding this and it will take 30 days to credit it back to my account. when Im a day late with a payment they cut my line but now that they owe me money I must wait 30 days! I give them from now 48 hours to get that money back into the account otherwise I cancel all three my contracts with them they must decide now!
