I recently (2013/04/11) received a document dated 2013/03/19 stating that mtn had tries numberous times to contact me via sms regarding my mtn acccount. I dont understand how could the mtn division threaten me by attempting to list me for an outstanding amount of r146-00 .As for the numerous sms sent-how can the company sms a number that has been deactivated. NO MAIL HAS BEEN SENT NO CONATCT HAS BEEN MADE NEITHER HAS ANY PERSON FROM MTN CONTACT ME.i find this utterly unacceptable .please ensure that management explore all altenatives to contact a client before listings.
