LEANDRI PRETORIUS's BAD NASHUA MOBILE SERVICE

I regret the day I took out an Iphone contrat with Nashua Mobile because the experience has been a nightmare since DAY ONE!!! What was supposed to be a Christmas gift for myself has turned into a CURSE!!

The incompetent employed by this useless company have not been able to resolve my query for the past four months since December 2012. Every month there has been an excuse as to why my contract cannot be migrated. I have spoken to soooooo many of the call centre staff who all seemed not to know what they were talking about. The last of these individuals was Leandri Pretorius (call ref:1001392249) who promised that she would contact me the following day & that her manager would e-mail me with a solution to my problem... It has been two weeks since then & still no response... Empty Promises, Managers with no Integrity & Staff who just don't CARE... someone please help??? I have lost a lot of money as a result of the calls I make to Nashua Mobile which I get billed for... What kind of company does not have a toll free client services line?
