Line installations can't find my address

I ordered a 1MB ADSL Line, analogue line and a 1MB Uncapped bundle.

They made an appointment for installation for 28 March 2013 and told me I should be at the premises the whole day.

I took leave to do that. No one came.

They called me a few days later and told me that they could not fnd my address which is unit 53 in the complex according to them. I told them that it is unit number 5. Then the person on the other end of the line's brain stalled. They could not find unit number 5 on their system. And if my address is not on their system, they can't install a line. But, according to this person, they can't add my address on the system.

A few days later, number 2 called me. Same story as above.

The day after that, number 1 called me again and her brain stalled again.

Then yesterday (11 April 2013) person number 3 called me. He was actually able to communicate. He changed the unit number to number 5 apparently and said that they would come to install on 12 April 2013.

Today, number 3 called my wife and said that they were not able to get access to number 53. IT IS NUMBER 5!!! number 3: "We can't find number 5 on the system."
